Easter was chilly, Lent is over, some of us didn't cater, as we could tell from the Fisherman's Lime how much 10 Cane was consumed, how clean Chef George's plates were and how late the crew lime, until the wee hours of Friday morning! Now that is how Babash likes to host an AWL! The weekend begins on Babash Thursday! All of us looking for a lil warm up to usher in the Spring and Babash Events has the vital ingredients to make the transition memorable! 

We're back at our after-work-lime HQ, Ruby Lo in the West End, this time, we decided it's time to bring a lil curry masala to the West End! Babash Rum & Roti lime on April 30th! Oh yea, Curry Q, Babash style has hit Ruby Lo and we will be showcasing the flavours of the East, or South, Central or North, because everybody LOVES a good curry goat, curry chicken, aloo and channa and some pipin' hot buss-up-shot! We not messin about, although your hands may get messy (don't worry, we won't say a word if you eat with a knife and fork!)! Bring your friends to delight in the curry cuisine of the West Indies, Babash style! No tandoori or korma eh, just CURRY! Music, food, friends, 10 Cane. We in that!

Fisherman's Lime

Yes crew and crew, it's post-carnival, some of us have achy feet, sore thighs, wrists and ears, don't know what yall were doing, but once you love the carnival, we not complaining! And after Carnival is LENT - we know some of you will be abstaining from many things, we only hope you give up the right things and the not those that give you greatest pleasure! Or is that the point!! Well we not taking sides, but Babash like the action, we still feelin the buzz after TranscenDance, hm, is BOOM CHAMPIONS live stream mash up the dance, Rockstar and 10 Cane flowing like guava whip in primary school!

BOOM! Babash back in the action with it's Fisherman's Lime - a tribute to Lent! Yea, we bringing out the Corner Shop to whip up some speciality seafood delights just for the crew! (Not to worry, if you don't enjoy the fish, we will have alternatives!) This is an after work Fisherman's Lime eh crew, so we at Ruby Lo on the 26th March, nice and easy to get to, and we gonna be easing you back in to variety of music that we all love so much! Don't worry, we not gonna yank the soca from under your feet, just tease you a little with what's in store for the rest of B2K9!

2009 will be kicked off with the Preview - February 5th, a FREE after work lime hosted at Sequoia, Ruby Lo! It's the heat of Carnival in Trinbago, and Babash doesn't intend on missing out on the music, the jammin' or the ravin' taking place on the Caribbean shores! Last year, we risked our first ACS on a weekend that some said saw an exodus of west indians from London, and guess what, TranscenDance '08 was a massive hit!

2K9 - 21st February - we are doing it again, yes, Alternative Carnival Saturday is here to stay in LondonTown, and we're in the city again for TranscenDance!
